The township is booming, Primac and Beaudesert Produce are thriving, timber, cattle and dairy are the industries driving Beaudesert. Families make their monthly shopping trip into Enright’s department store, and a child rides his bicycle down Mt Lindesay Highway, sharing the road with cattle being mustered into town. These are the memories of Warren Drynan, at a time when every farm in the area sustained more than one generation as a viable unit.
Now, Warren’s view is that Scenic Rim changes are being driven by economics and tourism. Tourism, cropping and the equine industry are the new economic front runners and the fringe of urbanisation is on the door step driving up land prices.Continue reading run your own race!
We are very proud to announce the newest additions to our fleet. Our custom built tankers carry a payload of 40 tonne and are now ready for molasses and liquid feed deliveries. The build was contracted to Felco Manufacturing Pty Ltd in Toowoomba and Moore Trailers at Pittsworth. Felco designed and manufactured the fibreglass tanks, pipe work, hydraulics and pumps whilst Moore Trailers handled the chassis and running gear.Continue reading Our new tankers
The Primex Field Day is held in Casino, NSW, and is more than just a three-day event, it has been a part of the Australasian agricultural calendar since 1985. Providing investment opportunities, a hands-on approach for buyers, and exciting innovations, Primex now boasts in excess of 300 exhibitors representing over 1000 companies, and attracts more than 25,000 visitors through the gates.
This year, running from June 14th – 16th, you will find Arthy Rural Services in Site F2-c, between Norco Rural and Kyogle Tractors. Stuart and Marion are heading down for the event to proudly present the ‘spreader truck’ which was featured in our most recent Christmas newsletter. It’s the perfect opportunity to see the spreader first hand or talk to Stuart or Marion about how any of our various other services may be of benefit to you.
